Role Purpose

As an HSE Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic team of 7 professionals to support the BP NEP / NZT (Carbon Capture) Project and future initiatives. You’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety systems, while growing your expertise in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evaluate subcontractors and maintain the Supplier Document Register
  • Lead the Risk Management process and facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
  • Administer HSE contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and lead investigations
  • Coordinate the Country Emergency Response Team
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Degree-level qualification + HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH)
    • Experience: 2–4 years with an IMCA contractor
    • Certifications: Auditor and investigation certifications
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IOGP and IMCA standards
