OverviewUK Talent Acquisition Manager - Nuclear & NavalWe're seeking a HVAC Construction Engineer to support the delivery of major nuclear infrastructure projects. In this role, you will lead HVAC teams, manage construction work scopes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining the highest HSE standards. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems and experience in complex construction environments, we encourage you to apply.As a Construction Engineer HVAC, your responsibilities will include:Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate HVAC teams to deliver construction work packs.Define and manage HVAC work scopes, ensuring compliance with the latest project documentation.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with review cycles.Provide HSE leadership, fostering a safe and compliant work environment throughout the project lifecycle.Deliver HVAC-focused Construction Work Packs (CWPs) to align with the project requirements.Support safe access to workfaces and compliance with authorization/permit systems.Enable required surveys and topographical work to facilitate HVAC construction activities.The Ideal CandidateQualificationsDegree in Engineering or HVAC trade qualifications with 5+ years of proven experience.Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., PM, Construction, Engineering).BPSS or higher security clearance.ExperienceProven track record in the nuclear power sector (preferred).Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine).Expertise in HVAC systems on large-scale construction projects.Operated as an Engineer or Senior Engineer, including experience in Joint Ventures.About ACEPP UKACEPP UK is a subsidiary of the HEVERETT Group, specializing in Infrastructure Construction with a focus on nuclear and naval sectors.
