OverviewICT Systems Engineer / Cyber Security Specialist in Honeywell Building Automation, UK. The role focuses on Operational Technology (OT) Security within the Building Automation Cybersecurity team, offering hands-on experience in real-world cybersecurity scenarios. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of cyber solutions, testing products, troubleshooting, implementing security measures, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and participating in cyber assessments while learning standards such as the NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-82, IEC62443 and ISO 27001.Honeywell Building Automation refers to integrated systems and solutions that manage building environments to improve operational efficiency, safety, and energy use. Key components include Building Management Systems (BMS), energy management tools, HVAC controls, security systems, and fire safety solutions.
