We are currently seeking an ICTS Senior Install Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering innovative security systems for our clients. Responsibilities

• Work with specific customers to ensure the smooth running of projects; there may also be a requirement to continue in the role of Senior Installation Engineer, depending on workloads.
• The Senior Install Engineer will be part of a team that installs security systems at customers' premises.
• Supervise the workforce, be the Senior Install Engineer and ensure full compliance with the design/specifications on any project.
• On occasion the role will also involve project managing and installing smaller orders that the company receives through the Service or Installation Department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry
• Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands
• The role requires a great deal of initiative, autonomy, and client liaison.
