We are currently seeking an ICTS Senior Install Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering innovative security systems for our clients. Responsibilities

• This role of Senior Install Engineer is primarily to work with specific customers to ensure the smooth running of projects. There may also be a requirement to continue in the role of Senior Installation Engineer, depending on workloads.
• The Senior Install Engineer will be part of a team responsible for installing security systems at customer premises.
• Supervise the workforce, act as the Senior Install Engineer, and ensure full compliance with design/specifications on any project.
• Occasionally, the role will involve project managing and installing smaller orders received through the Service or Installation Department, either in-country or on an existing site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands.
• Must demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and client liaison skills.
