Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted InfoSec advisor on projects and internal changes.
• Review technical designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead cloud security assurance (Azure/MS 365) and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain hardening standards across technologies.
• Liaise with external testers and ensure remediation actions are completed.
• Support onboarding of new technologies into Cyber Defence.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and risks.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Information/Cyber Security with technical focus.
• Strong understanding of Azure/MS 365 E5 security suite and core IT technologies.
• Skilled in risk assessment, technical design review, and security toolsets (e.g. MS Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Rapid7).
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and mentor others.
