We’re partnering with a mission-driven organisation in the cyber intelligence space to find a talented IT Support Engineer to join a small, collaborative in-house team. This is a hybrid hands-on/support role where you'll play a key part in maintaining, securing, and evolving the internal IT environment in collaboration with external IT partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across the business
• Support, maintain, and improve infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud (Azure, M365)
• Lead or oversee infrastructure projects in collaboration with MSPs
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and user access (AD, Azure AD, Intune)
• Support virtualization (VMware), Windows/Linux server management, and backup systems
• Take ownership of performance monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and documentation
• Provide a high level of internal customer service and technical communication
• Mentor junior team members when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in IT Support / Infrastructure roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows & Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with: Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure/M365
• Scripting (PowerShell), backup & DR systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll work closely with both internal teams and MSPs
