Overview

You'll be working on the tools and platforms that keep our colleagues connected and secure, whether they're in the office, at home or on the move. From managing devices and deploying apps to supporting cloud hosting and BYOD, you'll be right at the heart of our mobile transformation. Expect to get hands-on with exciting projects like migrating to Workspace ONE SaaS, rolling out Office 365 on mobile and building on demand VPN solutions. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects and product teams to keep improving our services, always with the user in mind. Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems (Apple iOS and Android). Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues regarding configuration and policies on mobile devices.
• Experience in mobile device management principles using Workspace One or Airwatch.
• Working experience of Samsung Knox services including Knox Mobile Enrolment, E-Fota and Knox Service Plugin.
• An understanding of Microsoft 365 device configuration and Intune device management principles and services.
• Experience of troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis and demonstrate working knowledge of change, incident and problem management principles working within the ITIL framework.
• The ability to clearly communicate technical detail to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
