In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems (Apple iOS and Android). Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues regarding configuration and policies on mobile devices. Experience in mobile device management principles using Workspace One or Airwatch. Working experience of Samsung Knox services including Knox Mobile Enrolment, E-Fota and Knox Service Plugin.
