We’re working with a leading technology team supporting critical infrastructure environments. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their high-performing team in London and support some of the UK’s most essential technology projects.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with strong infrastructure experience who thrives in a structured, team-driven environment. You’ll work alongside engineers, SOC teams, and test teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions—across both BAU operations and project deployments.

Think Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and AD meets troubleshooting, patching, and on-call support—with plenty of opportunities to expand into SIEM, PKI, and application support. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping infrastructure running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Solid infrastructure experience including VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, and RHEL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user impacting issues, GPOs, AppLocker, SAN, and network interactions.
• Experience with patching and maintenance of test and live environments, including anti-virus, WSUS, and RHEL updates.
• Comfortable working with PKI certificates, SIEM tooling, and supporting engineering and test teams.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7/365 support.
