What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Integrating and supporting third-party backup solutions, with a strong focus on platforms like NetBackup
  • Building in-house applications for testing and capacity management
  • Collaborating globally to meet customer needs
  • Advising on technical solutions and troubleshooting
  • Driving team success through knowledge sharing and problem-solving

What You\'ll Bring

  • Solid grasp of on-premise tech: storage, networking, OS
  • Proven experience with backup/data protection platforms - ideally NetBackup or similar enterprise-grade solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Team spirit and a proactive mindset

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

  • Programming experience or eagerness to learn
  • UNIX/Windows Server admin experience
  • Familiarity with SAN, NAS, or S3 storage
  • Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Cloud computing knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Security hardening and vulnerability detection
