Everyone has access to unparalleled professional and personal development opportunities and your contribution is always valued.## **Why this job matters**We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a multi-disciplined Engineering team that supports, and delivers transformations for, a critical large-scale on-prem Cybersecurity platform.In your role, you’ll use your technical skills to design, develop, test and support the infrastructure that forms the foundations of our vital services. In this ever-changing environment, you’ll work on interesting and challenging problems, that stretch you and provide the opportunity to work on the latest technologies.**This job role can be based in London, Ipswich or Cheltenham. Onsite (Office- based 5 day per week). Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be eligible to obtain DV Clearance before starting this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.**## **What you’ll be doing*** Support the maintenance of existing IT infrastructure. This could include: + System administration tasks + Automating repeated manual tasks + Troubleshooting issues + System health monitoring + Developing monitoring solutions to identify system inefficiencies + Patching vulnerabilities* Be hands on in the transformation/modernisation of existing infrastructure, or creation of new.
