This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate (BEng / BSc) looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking technical team. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of projects including technical sales support, product development, data analysis and process improvement, while building strong industry knowledge and expertise.

The Role As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you will: Provide technical sales support to both internal and external teams, including interpreting client requirements and reviewing drawings. Build knowledge of products and their applications to confidently advise customers and support field installation projects when required. Assist senior engineers with R&D projects, testing, and reporting. Liaise with external partners to progress technical projects. Analyse internal data to identify trends, highlight non-conformance issues and suggest corrective actions. Support internal auditing and continuous improvement activities across the business.
