This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate (BEng / BSc) looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking technical team. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of projects including technical sales support, product development, data analysis and process improvement, while building strong industry knowledge and expertise. The Role As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you will: Provide technical sales support to both internal and external teams, including interpreting client requirements and reviewing drawings. Build knowledge of products and their applications to confidently advise customers and support field installation projects when required. Assist senior engineers with R&D projects, testing, and reporting. Liaise with external partners to progress technical projects. Analyse internal data to identify trends, highlight non-conformance issues and suggest corrective actions. Support internal auditing and continuous improvement activities across the business. About You We are looking for someone who is: Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (minimum BEng / BSc). Highly detail-focused, analytical and able to apply technical theory to real-world scenarios. Confident in collaborating with customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Adaptable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Keen to develop technical expertise with a strong desire to learn. You will ideally have: Up to 2 years’ professional experience in an engineering or customer-facing environment. Exposure to project work within a team environment.
