Lead Electrical Engineer – West London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are currently seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a large, fast-paced site in West London. This role will suit someone with strong electrical knowledge who is also confident working across a range of building services systems. Key responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day electrical maintenance across the site
*
Work on electrical systems including:
*
Lighting – lamp and ballast changes, Simmtronic/Philips lighting, emergency light testing
*
Transformers
*
Carry out AHU/FCU maintenance including filter and belt changes, actuator swaps, coil cleans
*
Support wider multi-skilled maintenance as required
What we’re looking for:
*
Recognised electrical qualifications (C&G/NVQ or equivalent)
*
Strong knowledge of electrical systems with additional multi-skilled experience
*
Experience within a commercial or critical site environment
*
Ability to manage workload on a large site and support the team
