The Role As the Lead Electronic Design Engineer, you will: Take ownership of electronic design, from concept through to production. Oversee firmware development, ensuring integration and functionality align with business goals. Work closely with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps and technical direction. In the longer term, recruit and lead a team of engineers, heading up electronic and firmware development. About You We're looking for a hands-on technical leader with the ambition to grow into a team-building role. You'll bring: Degree-level education in Electronics Hardware Engineering (or equivalent senior-level experience). Strong background in mixed signal circuit design.
