Lead Engineer Job Description:

Leading design and development teams throughout the project lifecycle Looking at initial concept layouts through to analysis of designs including loading, thermal and tolerancing Working closely with manufacturing/production engineering in ensuring the optimum assembly processes are used with the least manufacturing restraints. Including looking into tooling choices for the project Liaising with customers and ensuring deliverables are being met in comparison to the RFQ/Gateway deliverables Generating forecasted budgets for each project and manage planned vs actual spendLead Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Degree qualified or equivalent in relevant engineering disciplines Must have experience and understanding of GD&T and technical knowledge of design processes Experience managing direct reports Confident managing projects within a fast paced environment (automotive is advantageous)Please apply below if this role is of interest...
