Lead Field Service Engineer £45-£50k 10 hours per week overtime paid at 1.5 x's Experienced Field Service Engineer required for a permanent role working with waste machinery, balers and compactors. This is a lead role where you will act as technical expert and mentor to the wider engineering team providing support remotely and on site, therefore, it is essential that you have previous experience with waste machinery. The role: Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers, including telephone support, remote diagnostics, and one-to-one on-site training. Lead on complex fault diagnosis, repair, and commissioning work across the range of vertical and horizontal balers, compactors, and waste machinery. Deliver install, commission, and undertake operator training on customer sites.
