You'll ensure compliance with British Standards and current legislation, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the wider engineering team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out service visits, fault finding, and remedial works across fire and security systems.\nCommunicate effectively with customers regarding service outcomes and next steps.\nMaintain van stock to maximise first-time fix rates.\nIdentify non-conformances and report recommendations for quotations.\nRespond to emergency calls within agreed timeframes.\nSupport and supervise junior engineers when required.\nComplete all documentation accurately and in line with company standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in fire and security service engineering.\nStrong knowledge of British Standards (e.g.
