Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code written by others Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to probe architectural designs and applicability for current systems Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote new technologies Foster an inclusive team culture with diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (Required)

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with proficient experience Hands-on experience developing UI and server-side software Advanced proficiency in at least one of Java or React Practical cloud experience Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods Full lifecycle Software Development Life Cycle proficiency Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security Proven experience with software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, mobile) Knowledge of the financial services industry and related IT systems Hands-on cloud-native experience Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Experience with EKS on AWS Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana) About Us
