3rd Line Support Engineer

to join a growing IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining, and securing business-critical systems. Acting as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support, this role will give you the opportunity to work with a wide range of modern technologies while delivering projects that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

Acting as the go-to point for escalated incidents and complex service requests

Managing and maintaining core infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms

Ensuring IT security best practices are followed, including patching, vulnerability remediation, and access management

Administering backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Acronis and Azure Backup

Overseeing Windows Server environments (2012-2022), Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS and DHCP
