M365 Engineers (x2) - DV Cleared

Location: Hybrid - Milton Keynes - (DV clearance required) Contract Type: Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV) required We are seeking two experienced M365 Engineers to join a secure technology operations team, providing advanced support and administration across the full Microsoft 365 product suite.

The Role

As an M365 Engineer, you will play a key part in managing, configuring, and optimising the organisation's M365 tenant, as well as providing 2nd and 3rd line support for a wide range of Microsoft services and Power Platform applications. You will work on incident resolution, configuration changes, upgrades, and security improvements, liaising directly with Microsoft where required to resolve complex issues. Key responsibilities include: Administration and configuration of M365 production tenant.

Support and maintenance of M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Viva Engage, Forms, Stream, Intune, Entra, Purview, and Microsoft Defender.

Power Platform support, including Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerShell scripting.

Investigation and resolution of incidents, including liaison with Microsoft support.
