Nottingham (Hybrid, 2 days in office)

Role and responsibilities

• Build and productionise predictive and behavioural ML models.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for large, messy real-world datasets.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver explainable, trustworthy ML solutions.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure models solve real business problems.

What we’re looking for

• Strong academic background (STEM, data science, or related).
• ~2+ years’ experience in applied ML engineering or data science (flexible for the right person).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with model deployment into production environments.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with a drive to create impactful ML systems.
