Job Title: Machinery Service Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary £35,000 per annum
JOB SPEC
We are looking for a self-motivated Service Engineer to join our expanding teams in our Education Division, the role entails servicing design and technology machines in Schools, Colleges and Universities, also when necessary, carry out LEV tests on machines with dust extraction. The role involves travelling throughout the UK and working from home typically Monday to Thursday, therefore the applicant must be able to plan weekly routes and manage their accommodation bookings using our online portal.
Applicants should be used to undertaking planned preventative maintenance, diagnosing fault, the person will need to keep orderly paperwork, have good communications skills and be able to work on their own.
Our client has been trading since 1996 and provides servicing of gas equipment, machinery and LEV testing within most schools in England and Scotland.
Full training will be given on our processes and documentation
QUALIFACTIONS SKILLS
Work unsupervised, and as a team Good Communication skills Full Driving Licence No issues in the company applying for a DBS Electrical experience preferred Experience in maintenance/repairing of machines
