Senior Partnership Consultant | Copello Global | Defence Engineering | Defence TechnologyWhat you will be doingYou will play a hands-on role in managing the facilities, infrastructure, and assets of WDSL. Using your technical expertise, supported by a network of suppliers and subcontractors, you will ensure maximum availability of equipment in a safe, cost-effective, and world-class manner.You will work in line with WDSL’s goals, targets, and statutory obligations, coordinating activities to meet operational and compliance requirements. From day-to-day maintenance to long-term improvements, you will help secure the reliability and efficiency of our facilities.As Facilities and CNC Maintenance Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:Responsible for helping to improve and maintain the availability of all CNC and Manual machinery, plant and infrastructure at all facilities through a programme of Preventative Maintenance.To implement current HSE legislation including certification, monitoring and inspection in areas of responsibility.To assist in the maintenance of the building security of all facilities.To ensure the availability of facilities, equipment and machinery to maximise productivity of the business.To be actively involved with the delivery of projects relating to facilities to schedule, cost and agreed requirements.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:Minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience in a maintenance / facilities management environment.Experienced in preventative (and reactive) maintenance of manual and CNC machining centres is an essential.Hands on experience of Hydraulics /Pneumatics /Electrics /Mechanical is advantageous.Proven experience of working within large and complex projects.Proven teamwork and lone working experience.PC Literate (Microsoft) and Complex Maintenance Programmes.
