Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in BridgwaterJob Details: Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 (Plus 5% annual bonus, subject to company performance) Single-Skilled Candidates: £40,000 -£45,000 per annum Multi-Skilled Candidates: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (7 AM – 7 PM, 2 days / 2 nights)Duration: PermanentBenefits: Clear career development pathways and long-term prospects, generous annual leave allowance (276 hours), access to the Rewards Platform with discounts across major retailers, onsite parking, supportive team environment, life assurance, and pension scheme Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults and testing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment. You will liaise with OEMs and suppliers for technical support, expedite parts when needed, and analyse recurring faults to reduce equipment downtime.
