Job Description:

Manufacturing Engineering - Aerospace Procurement, full-time, Derby/Hybrid. An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join Rolls Royce's Aerospace Procurement team in Derby. The Procurement Manufacturing Engineering teams support the business in the global supplier enterprise across Civil, Business Aviation, and Defence sectors. This role is part of a transformation program aimed at positioning procurement as a critical business capability, emphasizing digital literacy and sustainability.

Rolls-Royce is a renowned brand at the forefront of innovation, designing and servicing systems providing critical power with safety and reliability. The Aerospace Procurement organization is global, with teams across the UK and overseas. This position involves working within the Manufacturing Engineering Industrialisation and Cost team, overseeing manufacturing activities across suppliers and commodities, from new product introduction to cost reduction programs.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering or relevant degree/HND/HNC, experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
