In this role, you will work within the Manufacturing Engineering Industrialisation and Cost team, overseeing manufacturing activities from new product introduction to cost reduction programs. You will collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams, influencing manufacturing processes and costs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage industrialisation plans according to APQP and PPAP standards, using tools like Net Inspect and Power BI.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project success.
• Support product cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist with technology programs and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Identify and resolve technical barriers to industrialisation.
• Develop strategies to meet business targets, including quality and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or relevant discipline, with experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Supply chain experience, industrialisation, and cost reduction background preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, team-oriented, and influential.
