Job Description:

Rolls Royce Submarines is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introduction related to submarines. The role involves influencing product designs for manufacturability, developing manufacturing processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards are met. The engineer will work within the Engineering Producibility Team, contributing to process development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include executing Manufacturing Product Introduction activities, designing methods of manufacture, creating and validating technical instructions, and acting as the manufacturing technical authority. The ideal candidate will have experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical classified components, and possess a degree in engineering or related field, with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques.
