What will you be doing? • Carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, • Diagnosing and resolving faults on pipework, drainage, and building services to minimise downtime, • Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces, • Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance, • Liaising proactively with clients.
