What will you be doing? Carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, Diagnosing and resolving faults on pipework, drainage, and building services to minimise downtime, Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces, Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance, Liaising proactively with clients.
