Overview

Are you an experienced electrician based around the Moreton in Marsh area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge? As an M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.

Responsibilities

• Electrical PPMs
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
• Fault finding and general repairs
• Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
• Valid UK driving licence
• Proven experience in a similar M&E role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of health & safety protocols, F-Gas Certification
• IOSH Working Safely qualification
• Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
