---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer: Design and development of electromechanical enclosures using SolidWorks from 3D part/assembly models to 2D manufacturing drawings.

Perform mechanical analysis (FEA/CFD/hand calculations) and tolerance stack-up to verify designs.

Material selection (especially steels and aluminium alloys) based on functional and environmental requirements.

Create and manage engineering documentation including BoMs, design reviews, installation instructions, test procedures, and compliance matrices.
