5pm About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial building based in Ashford/Twickenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company, with scope to develop and learn further building services. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical & HVAC systems. Carry out Mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHUs, FCUs, calorifiers & more. Assist with occasional maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further statutory electrical systems.
