About the Role
This role is a key part of the engineering team, responsible for keeping the equipment running efficiently and reliably. You’ll be involved in a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and improvement projects across the production lines.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
Respond quickly to breakdowns, working to minimise downtime
Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
Assist with installations and commissioning of new machinery
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within manufacturing
Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on mechanical knowledge
Familiarity with health & safety standards and safe working practices
A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
