Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Legionella / Water Treatment)

£40,000 per annum
Monday Friday, 40 hours per week

We are working with a well-respected organisation within the building services sector, seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with Legionella and Water Treatment experience to join their team.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities

• Undertaking Legionella monitoring, testing, and remedial works in line with compliance requirements

• Performing plumbing and mechanical duties including repairs, installations, and servicing

• Ensuring health & safety standards and statutory regulations are maintained

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service

• Previous experience in Legionella / water treatment duties is essential

• Strong plumbing / mechanical background (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good understanding of compliance and safety regulations within building services

• £40,000 salary

• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (no weekends)
