Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Legionella / Water Treatment) Stratford-upon-Avon £40,000 per annum Monday Friday, 40 hours per week We are working with a well-respected organisation within the building services sector, seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with Legionella and Water Treatment experience to join their team. The Role: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities

Undertaking Legionella monitoring, testing, and remedial works in line with compliance requirements

Performing plumbing and mechanical duties including repairs, installations, and servicing

Ensuring health & safety standards and statutory regulations are maintained

Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service

The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in Legionella / water treatment duties is essential

Strong plumbing / mechanical background (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of compliance and safety regulations within building services
