Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Luton - Temporary

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider working in Luton in a Aviation environment. Working within a team you will be responsible the completion of planned and reactive maintenance. The Engineer must have experience working in mainteance within a commercial or industrial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Boiler maintenance
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Basic Electrical duties

Hours of work / package / duration

Monday to Friday
Weekly rotating hours: 7am to 4pm - 9am to 6pm
2 week temp role initially, can be extended depending on clearance of a Temp Airside Pass
£25p/h - 8 hours paid per day
Immediate start

Requirements

Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
A proven track record in Building Maintenance, Mechanical bias
Must be able to pass a Temporary Airside Pass
Must have a 5 year traceable work history
