Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Liverpool Street Salary: £46,000

Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for one of our key clients, an industry-leading M&E maintenance provider delivering both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a commercial property in Liverpool Street.

This is a new 5-year contract for the business, allowing the company to expand their maintenance division.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial plant systems

Servicing and maintenance of:

* Pumps, fans, and plant room equipment

* VAVs, FCUs, and AHUs

* Pressurisation units

* HIUs and CIUs

* BMS Head-End systems

* HVAC plant

* Experience working with systems such as CHP, absorption chillers, vacuum waste/toilets, sprinkler systems, generators, and chilled beams is highly desirable

* Minor electrical works and support.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

* Proven experience in building services maintenance

* Strong understanding of commercial PPM and reactive maintenance within SLA guidelines

* Recognised mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)

* Apprenticeship-trained (preferred)

* Solid site-based experience within commercial environments
