If so, this global company who work on some of the highest profile projects are expanding and are keen to recruit a Mechanical Production Engineer to provide support to manufacture.DutiesDrive efficiency, optimize processes, and guarantee products meet stringent quality standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assuranceIdentify areas for process improvement within the product manufacturing cycleAnalyse production workflows, implement efficiency improvements, and reduce waste to increase overall productivity.Maintain and improve quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.Perform root cause analyses for defects, and implement corrective actionsProvide technical support to the manufacturing team, Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to root causeCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocolsDrive a culture of continuous improvementExperienceA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or similar preferableMust have extensive experience of Production/Manufacturing EngineeringProcess optimisation, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies.
