We have a career opportunity for a Mechanical Project Engineer who will contribute as a key member of our Building Services Team. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in Dublin or Cork, with offices also available in Galway, Kilkenny, and Sligo.

Our Building Services Team includes enthusiastic and experienced engineers from graduate to director level, working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver projects across various sectors. Current projects include healthcare buildings for the HSE, schools, universities, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and port infrastructure. We support professional development and help employees gain Chartered Engineer status. Our team is dedicated to sustainability and reducing energy demand through renewable sources.

About the role:

You will be based in Cork or Dublin and work under a senior engineer on project delivery from concept to handover. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, design using calculation spreadsheets, IES thermal modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit. You will visit sites during construction to monitor progress and quality, collaborate with team members and external partners, and attend client meetings, representing RPS values.
