Overview

This is a dynamic role where you'll carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safe working practices. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, using CAFM tools to log and report tasks. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile facilities. You'll be part of a collaborative team, with access to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical assets.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and supervise subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently; maintain accurate documentation, risk assessments, and communication with the service desk.
• Support audits, surveys, and maintain site standards.
• Utilise CAFM tools to log tasks and report on progress.

Requirements

• Recognised trade qualification such as C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, ONC/HNC, or MOET apprenticeship
• 18th Edition and/or 2391 Inspection & Testing certification (Desirable)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in building services maintenance (electrical, mechanical, or HVAC)
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility for call-outs and overtime
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Contract Type: Full Time | Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime
