Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced building services engineer? Join a leading FM team on a Central London site.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary: £45,000 + optional overtime

Locations: Sites across Central London

Responsibilities

• Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
• Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
• Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks.
• Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.

Requirements

• Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Full UK drivers license
