We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing maintenance provider operating across the UK.

Our client is a privately-owned business with a strong presence in the building services sector. Role Overview:

Based in the City of London, the successful candidate will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a portfolio of commercial properties. The role is mobile, so a company van and fuel card will be provided.

We are looking for an electrically-biased engineer with solid mechanical knowledge, particularly in systems such as pumps, booster sets, seals, and bearings. Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience in the commercial building services maintenance sector.

Key Duties:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance

Electrical Fault Finding

Single & Three Phase Power

Emergency Lighting Testing and Repairs

Fire Alarm Systems

Distribution Boards

Motors, Pumps, Bearings & Seals

HVAC Systems – AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs

Filter and Belt Changes

General Fabric and Building Services Maintenance Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations

Proven experience in building services maintenance (commercial sector)

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Salary & Package:

£43,000 - £45,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
