M&E Engineer – TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile M&E Engineer to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a retail contract in London.

As a M&E Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.

* The salary is £36,631/pa + Door to Door pay.

* Monday – Friday working 40-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm

* There will also be 1 in 4 weeks on call with 2 weekends a month (5 on 2 off)

The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this.
