We’re working with a leading facilities management provider who is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their mobile team. This role covers planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, minor installations, and remedial works across multiple customer sites.

The Role

*

Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably.

*

Complete testing, inspections, and all associated documentation.

*

Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests.

*

Undertake minor installations, defect surveys, and support colleagues where required.

About You

*

Qualifications: 18th Edition plus NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Trade.

*

Additional building services/HVAC training desirable with proven facilities maintenance experience.

*

Solid understanding of FM and Health & Safety standards.

*

Strong communication, decision-making, and IT skills; commercially aware and resilient under pressure.
