Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities: •           Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems. •           Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime. •           Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures. •           Support the delivery of minor works and projects as required. •           Maintain accurate records of work completed using CAFM systems. •           Respond to emergency breakdowns and participate in the on-call rota. •           Liaise with management to ensure excellent customer service. •           Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate •           NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Nice to have •           18th Edition (for electrical bias) or F-Gas certification (for HVAC bias). Nice to have •           Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled role within a Hard FM environment. •           Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.). •           Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •           Good communication and interpersonal skills. •           Full UK driving licence •           PTS Desirable: •           Experience working in train station, platform, trackside, or public sector environments. •           Additional trade qualifications (e.g., plumbing, carpentry). •           Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital reporting tools. Covering the ARL Network
