About the Role

In this role, youll take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks according to your expertise, including but not limited to:

Painting and Decorating

Bathroom & Kitchen Installations

Sash Window Repairs and Balancing

General Carpentry and Joinery

Basic Plumbing & Electrical Repairs

Flooring and Glazing

Door & Fire Door Installations

Fence & Gutter Repairs and Installations

While a broad skill set is valuable, we dont expect you to cover everythingyour core skills and specialties will be matched with assignments that suit you best.

What Youll Bring:

Core Skills: Proficiency inpainting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering, with a foundational knowledge ofplumbing(changing taps/toilets) andelectrical work(changing sockets/switches).
