Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer – Integral UK Ltd

Location: London - SW1

Core hours: 7-7 - days and nights - 3 on 3 off. The role requires foot travel between sites.

Overview

Site Based Electrical Shift Engineer with building services experience to join our team. Covering multiple sites under one client contract within central London. Supports Technical Lead, shift teams and client’s facilities manager with daily checks of critical assets and system management across sites, completing daily reports to the Site Engineering Manager and client (UK & USA).

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily checks of all critical assets, and record findings.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Proactively use the technology systems to ensure contractual compliance.
• Carry out works in a professional and proactive manner.
• Communicate clearly with the team and clients at all times.
• Write activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timely.
• Assist the management team to prepare quotations by providing accurate, high-quality information for extra works.
• Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
• Provide accurate timesheet information weekly and on time.
• Ensure the Company is presented in a positive light.
• Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager as soon as noticed.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
• Test & Inspection
• 18th edition certificate
• Basic plumbing skills
• Strong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of building fabric and basic fabric reactive repairs
• Good understanding of Health & Safety obligations for maintenance
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team
