The company is a leading name within infrastructure and energy, with one of the most exciting areas of growth in final mile network asset adoption and operations. As part of their Networks Technical Assurance team, they are now looking for an Operations Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and resilience of their networks.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site audits, inspections, and assurance activities across the company's IDNO and IGT portfolio. You'll support partners on site, carry out WIP audits, ensure SHEQ standards are upheld, and provide rapid response during emergency incidents. The position involves UK-wide travel 2-3 days per week and attendance at the company's Horley office at least once a month.

The Role:
* Conduct audits, inspections, and maintenance visits.
* Provide assurance to ICPs/UIPs on site.
* Support emergency incidents on a call-out rota.
* Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
* Travel UK-wide with monthly Horley visits.

The Person:
* Strong knowledge of network operations.
* Familiar with NERS, GIRS, and G81 policies.
* Experience with SHEQ and site audits.
* Organised, professional, and customer-focused.
* Flexible to travel and work independently.
